ri777 Terms & Conditions

Welcome to ri777. These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and ri777 ("We", "Us", "the Platform"), governing all access to and use of the ri777 website, games, sports betting markets, promotions, and any other services offered at ri777.bet. If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users regardless of how they access the Platform. ri777 reserves the right to update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

ri777 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage and to suspend or permanently close any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed. Balances held in an ineligible account at the time of closure may be withheld pending investigation.

2. Account Registration

To access ri777's full range of services you must create a personal account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date. ri777 may reject any registration at its sole discretion without providing a reason.

Each player may hold only one (1) active account at any time. Creating duplicate accounts to exploit promotions or circumvent limits violates these Terms and will result in permanent suspension. By registering, you agree to:

• Providing truthful personal information including your legal name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number.
• Submitting KYC verification documents when requested, which may include a national identity card (NID), passport, or utility bill.

Accounts must not be shared, sold, transferred, or made accessible to any third party. ri777 will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain account security.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

ri777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through payment methods available in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ri777 does not charge fees on standard deposits; your payment provider may apply its own charges, for which ri777 accepts no responsibility.

To protect our payment system and comply with anti-money-laundering obligations, ri777 requires:

• Withdrawals to be processed only via the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to platform availability.
• Completion of KYC verification before the first withdrawal is processed. Unverified accounts may have withdrawal requests held pending review.
• That deposited funds must be wagered at least once before the deposit principal may be withdrawn, unless explicitly waived by a specific promotion.
• ri777 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving any withdrawal above a threshold set at the platform's discretion.

ri777 processes withdrawal requests as promptly as possible. Typical processing times for bKash and Nagad are within a few hours of approval. Bank transfers may take one to three business days. ri777 is not responsible for delays caused by the player's payment provider or bank.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

ri777 offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited only after a qualifying deposit is confirmed and the relevant promotion period is active.
• All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement (rollover) before conversion to withdrawable cash. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated on each promotion's detail page.
• ri777 may withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice if misuse, technical error, or abuse is detected.
• Bonuses cannot be combined unless promotion terms expressly permit it. Only one welcome bonus is available per player and cannot be claimed on duplicate accounts.
• Winnings from bonus funds before the rollover requirement is met will remain as bonus balance and will not be withdrawable until the requirement is fully satisfied.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on ri777 — including sports markets (cricket, football, kabaddi), casino games, color prediction rounds, and fishing games — are subject to the following general rules in addition to any game-specific rules displayed at point of play:

• A bet is binding and final once accepted and confirmed by the ri777 system. Players cannot cancel or modify a bet after it has been accepted.
• In the event of a palpable error in odds, ri777 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account.
• ri777 may limit maximum stake amounts per bet or per market at any time, including for players whose betting patterns suggest systemic exploitation.
• In the event of a disputed result, ri777's decision is final. Complaints regarding a specific bet outcome must be submitted to [email protected] within 72 hours of event settlement.

ri777 does not guarantee continuous availability of any sports market or live betting feature. Markets may be suspended during technical maintenance or force majeure events.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ri777. Violation of any prohibition may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid detection, or using the Platform to facilitate any illegal financial activity.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to gain an unfair advantage in games or to exploit platform features.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including chip dumping in live casino games.
• Registering multiple accounts or allowing any other individual to use your account.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability or software bug to obtain an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings obtained through a bug must be reported immediately and will be forfeited.

ri777 employs fraud detection systems and cooperates with law enforcement. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be permanently banned and their information may be shared with authorities as required by law.

ri777 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times or free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance but are not liable for losses arising from unplanned downtime or service interruptions.

10. Privacy & Data Protection
